On Saturday, March 4 around noon ET / 9 AM PT / 5 PM GMT, Coinbase Prime will take part in Coinbase-wide required system maintenance. Trading will be down for an estimated eight hours, while other Coinbase Prime services will be intermittently down during this time period. The period of maintenance is subject to change.
During this maintenance period, the Coinbase Prime trading platform, including the user interface, REST API, websockets, and FIX APIs, will be unavailable. Clients will be unable to buy, sell, or convert assets in Coinbase Prime. Open orders (including any TWAP or resting limit orders) will not execute, but will remain open when the trading platform is reenabled with no client action required.
Other Coinbase Prime services will also be down for required maintenance for periods during this time. For example, all Prime APIs will be impacted for a period during this time, while clients may see delays in custody transactions as well.
